IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

For international orders, customers may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Mali Bags by Rita and are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Mali Bags by Rita has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies and fees vary between countries.

If an order is delayed or held by customs, the customer is responsible for communicating with their local customs authority or shipping carrier and for paying any applicable charges required for the parcel to be released.

By placing an international order with Mali Bags by Rita, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT and taxes.
