Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

The item is defective, damaged, or the wrong style/color compared to what you ordered.

The item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Returns due to a change of mind or dislike of the item are not eligible for a full refund. However, we do offer exchanges for other items in-store, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at malibagsinfo@gmail.com. You will be provided with the return shipping address and further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you purchased, and once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
